A supportive space for mamas and their babies
This group has been developed to nourish, support and connect with new mothers. Each week will be shaped around a new theme whilst also connecting with the body and mind in a self-nurturing practice.
Babies are welcome to the groups, but are not essential! (if you want some you time)

A nurturing space for Mams, to connect with one another, share experiences of motherhood and have a mindfulness practice to end.
